Sleep is a naturally occurring process for human body to recover from daily physical and mental stress. Sleep cycle is a biological event, if we don't keep it synchronised with biological cycle of body, it get hamper and may cause acute or chronic insomnia. Sleep is vital to recover and rejuvenate body. It maintains hormonal function, and brain health. Also maintain emotional health and mood. Sound sleep is very important process to prevent many lifestyle disorders, as well as support recovery during illness. Furthermore it helps to maintain healthy body weight. During weight loss program sleep is essential to maintain good metabolism. Therefore never compromise it. Everyday try to have good and sound sleep. Here, few tip to get sound sleep to getup fresh in the morning. 1. Eat balance diet to get everyday nutrition in sufficient amount as per body need to do daily activity. 2. Do exercise or physical activity on daily bases, but avoid vigorous exercise before bed time, at least 3-4 hr. gap should be there. 3. Avoid screen or e-book reading before bed time. Better to read hard copy, reading is good to get sound sleep. 4. Eat light dinner and keep at least two hour gap between dinner and the sleep time. Avoid coffee, tea or any alcoholic drinks in night before bed. Maintain a good time gap if you have to. 5. Drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep body hydrated. Avoid too much time before bed time, it may cause disturbance in night. 6. Avoid disturbance and any stressors before bed time, listen good music with partner and spend healthy talk time to cuddle each other. 7. Maintain peaceful bed room environment, don't use bed room for other activities like office work, eating and watching TV. Use bed or bed room just to sleep. 8. Spend good time with family members and maintain healthy distance and healthy association with everyone. 9. Fix your sleep timings to maintain every day cycle.
